Explore what I offer

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a physiotherapy technique that uses fine, sterile needles to target tight or painful muscles (trigger points). It helps reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, and calm pain signals, promoting faster recovery and improved movement.

It is commonly used for neck, shoulder, low back, hip and sports-related muscle pain, and is safe when performed by a trained physiotherapist. Mild post-treatment soreness for 24–48 hours is normal.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise rehabilitation is a structured, evidence-based program designed to restore strength, mobility, stability, and function after injury or pain. It focuses on correcting movement patterns, improving muscle control, and gradually rebuilding capacity to return to daily activities, work, or sport safely.

Every program I prescribe is individually tailored to each patient’s condition, goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. Your exercises are carefully selected and progressed to ensure they are effective, safe, and specific to your needs — not a generic program.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy is a physiotherapy treatment that uses sound waves to gently heat and stimulate deep tissues such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments. It helps increase blood flow, reduce pain and inflammation, and promote tissue healing.

It is commonly used for soft tissue injuries, tendon irritation, muscle strains, and chronic joint pain. The treatment is painless, and most patients feel only mild warmth during the session.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is a treatment technique that uses suction cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure. This helps improve blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote natural healing of soft tissues.

It is commonly used for back, neck and shoulder tightness, sports-related muscle soreness, and chronic muscular pain. Mild circular marks and slight tenderness after treatment are normal and usually fade within a few days.
